1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

Keep the item in its original packaging and unused condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing (theft).

Clearance items marked as final sale.

3. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@bagNplay.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging.

Your order number.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for an exchange, subject to stock availability.
4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping, but a 5% processing fee applies.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or rerouted.
5. Theft or Missing Packages
bagNplay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you are concerned about theft, we recommend shipping to a secure location or using a service like Route Package Protection.
